Yes, all of the flooring fits with glue-down floors, sometimes glue will be left on the flooring surface or edges
Yes, but dust is minimal and can sometimes be an inevitable part of finishing your floor, we try to best. But we still recommend a home cleaning service after work.

Additionally, since most of our products are imported from Europe and require at least three months of transit time, early selection is advisable. Despite maintaining a large inventory, popular products may sell out quickly. Delaying your choice could result in extended wait times for your preferred flooring.
Once you have selected your flooring, we recommend scheduling the installation at least two weeks in advance. Despite having eight installation teams, securing an appointment during busy periods can be challenging. Coordinate with your project manager and other related trades, such as painters and kitchen fitters, to arrange a suitable time.
We recommend when you consider interior design, taking flooring into account. Come to our showroom as soon as possible. Time is money for new construction.
If you notice any issues during the installation stage, it is crucial to contact your sales consultant immediately. They will coordinate with your installer to schedule a site visit or address any discrepancies.

For areas measuring between 15-25 sqm, installation typically requires one day. Additional preparation tasks such as subfloor leveling, sanding, removal of existing floor coverings, or removal of skirting boards may extend the process by approximately 0.5 to 1 day for the same size area.
If opting for the glue-down installation method, the duration may double compared to the floating method, due to the necessary waterproofing and installation processes.
For areas measuring between 25-30 sqm, the standard installation time is one day. If extra subfloor preparation such as leveling, sanding, removal of existing floor coverings, or skirting board removal is required, it may take an additional 5 hours for the same size area.

All orders by freight will also come with a tracking number so that you can follow your order every step of the way. We will send an email with the tracking number.
Non-Auckland
For flooring products, we use Large Vehicles that will deliver your floor on a pallet by kerbside delivery. Unfortunately, the truck drivers can not be allowed to unpack your order and bring it inside, please ensure that you are available to receive your delivery and bring it inside.
We strongly advise against booking installers until goods have been received and checked as, regrettably, we cannot be held responsible for any consequential losses.
Auckland (door to door service)
The Drivers will be unpacking or loading to the garage or house’s entry. They do not load upstairs or rooms.
Order not as expected
It is important to check the packages for any visual damage to the goods and sign for your order on arrival. In the rare event that you receive damaged goods or there are missing items, please make sure it is noted on the courier’s paperwork.
If you are not able to inspect the goods at the point of delivery, we strongly suggest that you contact us directly as soon as possible to make sure we are aware of the problem so that we can resolve it swiftly.
Just like you, we want your flooring to arrive in tip-top condition, so we do everything possible to ensure that it does. However, there are times when even the best laid plans go awry so please check your goods as soon as you receive them to make sure you are happy.
We’re afraid that unless signed for as ‘damaged on delivery’, you’ll be liable for the return delivery charge. Claims for damaged goods must be made within 48 days of delivery.
